Jealousy And Doubt

When you’re in a relationship, jealousy and doubt often exist. They’re like a combo. Yes?
Jealousy is typically refers to negative feelings of insecurity, fear, anxiety, resentment, inadequacy, helplessness or even disgust. It is an emotion. When jealousy takes control, it will eventually lead to doubt. Doubt, on the other hand, is seen as lack of trust, lack of certainty that would not lead to a/any resolution. This will eventually lead into or even existed in a rocky relationship. Agree?
When this happen, is it the male or female the one that has the tendency of being jealous and having doubt in their partner?
What would you do if this happen to you?
Care to share your thought? 
Jealousy kills my patience my emotions and my time . So, what im gonna do is to kill him.
