Do I have a choice?

I’m trying to lose some weight here. I’m not looking into ‘drastic’ losing weight. I just wanna lose ‘some’ to my ideal weight. 😉

As I grow older (always stay young at heart), I noticed it’s kinda difficult for me to ‘get rid’ of my ‘excess lump of flesh’. I blame it on the body metabolisme though… 🙁

I tried by going to the gym but later found out, by doing so instead of making me getting ‘fit and slim’, my wallet lose some weight.

*SIGH*

I tried to yoga at home, I noticed my wallet lose some weight again.

*SIGH*

I tried not to skip my meals and took small portion of food as it is recommended by experts in order to lose weight the healthy way, still my wallet lost some weight.

*SIGH*

I tried doing ‘home based exercise’ at home, I noticed my wallet maintain it’s ideal weight…:))

I felt happy about it but I end up exhausted and still doesn’t managed to achieve my ideal weight.

I’m not giving up here and I’ll keep on trying….I promise!

Maybe you could try swimming instead or water exercise. Entry to Miri Public Swimming pool for adult is just merely RM1 but i guess it’s too far for you. Anyway, just a suggestion.

    Surefire way to lose weight:

Quit your current job, go get a new job with low pay, long working hours, no welfare, an asshole of a boss, with no allowances or overtime.

The title caught my eye and reminds me of growing up in my parent’s house, how my father would always be so quick to say “you don’t have a choice” and how that used to piss me off (how I became an existentialist). Of course you always have a choice.

Don’t know about weight control though. I’ve tried gaining weight, but I know that won’t happen until my metabolism changes 5 years from now. My advice, don’t skip meals, eat healthy, continue being active and keep trying. After that It doesn’t matter.

I’ve learned (wow, I’m feeling preachy) My apologies. -I guess one of the hardest things for me to ever do was accept myself for who I am. Which I’m still having trouble with.

    Also, I agree wth Ian
