Do I have a choice?
I’m trying to lose some weight here. I’m not looking into ‘drastic’ losing weight. I just wanna lose ‘some’ to my ideal weight. 😉
As I grow older (always stay young at heart), I noticed it’s kinda difficult for me to ‘get rid’ of my ‘excess lump of flesh’. I blame it on the body metabolisme though… 🙁
I tried by going to the gym but later found out, by doing so instead of making me getting ‘fit and slim’, my wallet lose some weight.
I tried to yoga at home, I noticed my wallet lose some weight again.
I tried not to skip my meals and took small portion of food as it is recommended by experts in order to lose weight the healthy way, still my wallet lost some weight.
I tried doing ‘home based exercise’ at home, I noticed my wallet maintain it’s ideal weight…:))
I felt happy about it but I end up exhausted and still doesn’t managed to achieve my ideal weight.
I’m not giving up here and I’ll keep on trying….I promise!
