Ever since I wrote a post about her, I follow up her progress.

When she was officially diagnosed with lung cancer, she went to Gleneagles Hospital, Kuala Lumpur for further treatment. She was doing fine although weak, she is still as bubbly as she was. Last Monday, she was admitted to Kuching General Hospital for lung complications. They found water in her lung.

Family members were gently reminded by the hospital staff to prepare for the worst as it’s a sign of no hope. Being a fighter, she hold on until this morning…

…she passed away. *sniff sniff sniff*

I’ll be missing calling you ‘Miss Smoke’, I’ll be missing hearing your loud voice, I’ll be missing your funny jokes, I’ll be missing your teasers and I’ll be missing you as my volleyball mate with your animal print short pant.
My dear Asab, may your soul rest in peace and thank you for your presence in my life.

ps-Asab left behind a loving husband and 2 young sons. The burial will be held at Kuching on a disclosed date.
