Food and Tea Restaurant

The restaurant has been operating its business for quite some time and on one fine afternoon; Feli and I decided to check the place out.

We decided to enjoy the fresh air by sitting outside the restaurant. I liked the idea of placing a huge air cooler at the walk side in front of the restaurant for their customer comforts. From outside, I can see the restaurant interior concept and layout are warm and cozy. As both of us haven’t got our lunch, we became hungry monsters and ordered whatever that we think were delicious and tasty by looking at the food pictures in the menu.

The staffs were friendly and I liked the fact that their method of taking customer order are well taken care of. After taking our order, a small piece of our order were placed nicely in a paper holder. Each time, the food and drink are served; it will be strike off from the list. Here, there is no way the customer can complain that they did not receive their food accordingly or wrong foods are being served. Two thumbs up for that! 🙂

In general, I liked the way I am treated as a customer.
I liked any food that is tasty and filling. When it comes to food portion, I’m not that particular and same goes with the pricing.

As I’ve not been to other Food and Tea restaurant in Malaysia yet so I can’t comment much on the overall standard but I do find other restaurant that has similar concept as Food and Tea restaurant in Miri such as Citrus, Siamese Secret and Bistro de Nico is at the same par.

The restaurant even has a FaceBook profile. They even welcome feedback from Mirian  You can find it here.

As I write this post, I stumble across a post regarding his own experience dining at the mentioned restaurant.

Anyway, if you have not been to Food and Tea restaurant, do give it a try as the place offer varieties of food and drinks. 🙂

Been there several times in the morning but closed. What do they open for business? In the 3rd picture, are those biscuits and tuna? Looks yummy.

as per stated in the FB, the operation hour is from 11am-9pm. the 3rd picture is known as ham and cheese cracker but yes it does give the taste of tuna spread on crackers just that it taste much tastier than that.

do give it a try if you happen to drop by there next time. 😉
