Get Active Month

In conjunction of the Get Active month organized by the University Life section, I’ve actively involved in some of the activities. For the sake of leading to healthy lifestyle, I make my body work hard accordingly to my capabilities.

I get myself involved in aerobic, poco-poco dance, volleyball and today I’m looking forward to play table tennis and attending dance workshop on Iban ngajat dance and hip-hop dance. Of course all of these activities are conducted once a week on a specific day of the week right after office hours for 1 hour.

This is my second week participating and I feel great about myself. As a matter of fact, I feel like continuing doing it as part of my routine task after office hours. No wonder some says ‘once you are into it, you’ll get addicted to it’ and I guess that does apply on me. 🙂

On the other hand, I’ve submitted my bowling team name list to the organizer for the inter-dept bowling tournament. We will be playing this Saturday at the newly renovated bowling centre (the one and only in Miri so far) at Bintang Plaza Shopping Complex.
