Simple and Easy Batik Cake

When you have nothing to do or when you’re feeling bored during the weekend, it is highly suggested to make yourself occupied just to kill the time. Let me show you  a simple recipe of Batik Cake.

All you need are some marie biscuits, peanut butter (lots of it coz i loveeeee peanut butter), margerine and condensed milk (based on your liking or you can omit that if you’re a health freak). Crumbled the marie biscuit into chunk pieces and mixed it well with the peanut butter, margerine and condensed milk.

Once that is done, transfer the mixture into a plate or container and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

i spread evenly the mixture into a container

cut it into the prefered size and let it melt in your mouth. the dark pieces are the batik cake and the white pieces are the simple cheese cake.

It is best served for tea/coffee break as snacks. Happy trying people. 🙂

i havent try this recipe yet..but im very curious about making this batik cake…is it really that simple?..bcoz from what i’ve learned from my fren’s sister, she uses a lot of cocoa powder to make the cake dark in color…

yes it is really simple, trust me. the usage of cocoa powder is optional. add in more means more dark look its gonna be so it is really up to your preferences actually.

here, in my recipe, i didnt use any cocoa powder. 🙂
