Thai Pork Rice

I was introduced to this dish by my sister and I fell in love with it instantly.

The pork meat is marinated with lime, covered with secret recipe of batter and deep fried. Chopped shallot and red chillies sprinkled on top of the fried meat for topping. Very simple presentation yet damn delicious.

I liked!!

To try out this dish, it is located at a corner shoplot facing Senadin Petronas petrol filling station (i was taken away by the food that i forgot the name of the shop).

I’ll definitely will go back there again.

I think its something like shi de fu…. lol.. used to eat there when I was still in Curtin. Their claypot babi with ikan masin also nice.. hehe..

if you move down further there’s a coffee shop called Senadin Cafe. They serve varieties of plate rice and those that are recommended are their wet butter chicken rice and not forgetting their nestum chicken.. hahaha.. do try it sometimes..
