You said “I love you for what you are”.
You said “I will love you forever”.
You said “No matter what are the obstacles ahead of us, we will go through it together”.
Reality check, it is not as simple as what you think it is. It is very complicated.
When a guy said “I love you for what you are”, they don’t really mean it. The fact is physical appearance does matter to them.
When a guy said “I will love you forever”, they only mean it when they need you. The fact is the ‘love oath’ will get faded over time.
When a guy said “No matter what are the obstacles ahead of us, we will go through it together”, they only over come the obstacles together whenever they feel they want to. The fact is you end up going through the obstacles on your own most of the time.
So when you get to seal your lifetime oath into a marriage, does the ’till death do us apart’ works well?
