Undi BN=Undi Dr. George Chan=Undi Najib

In my entire life, I have to say this time round of state election is an eye opener for me.
It is at this age, I begin to understand what’s going on surround me. Before, I see, I heard, I ignored as I believe politic is not my piece of cake.

Boyyyy I was wrong!

Yesterday afternoon, I received a text message.

I was shocked and at the same time, I felt offended. I felt offended as I see it as a violation to my right as a voter. 🙁

Under Malaysia Law, Akta 5, Akta Kesalahan Pilihanraya 1954, Bahagian III, Perbuatan-perbuatan Rasuah, I see the text message I received is considered as ‘Pengaruh Tidak Wajar’. Under the ‘Pengaruh Tidak Wajar’, it is stated;

Being in the marketing line, sending text messages to prospect is one way of marketing tool. Never do I expect the same tool is used for election. I guess people nowadays are adapting with technology or in a blunt way, it was merely a desperate attempt. When the going gets tough, the tough get going!

I begin to ponder on the transparency of the election system.
I begin to ponder too on how many of us voter knows their right as a voter.
I begin to ponder whether both sides (BN component & opposition) will really deliver their manifesto to the rakyat.
I begin to ponder whether Sarawak will really go through a CHANGE.

Whatever it is, whoever rule and govern the state of Sarawak, please do not FORGET to uphold the 18 Points Agreement.

Happy Tuesday everyone. 🙂

    I wonder where did they get your phone number. Desperate measure calls for desperate needs and I guess they have loss other options. Next strategy would be maybe emailing you to vote for them.

    I got something similar to this sms too. I think it’s because our number is registered in Sarawak coz Evelyne did not receive any sms regarding the election. I received 2 same smses to both my numbers – registered in Sarawak. My dad got another kind of sms, and he laughed at it. Haha!
