Remember my previous post on the wi-fi services available in my campus?? Those of you who have just saw this, to keep you clear in the picture, kindly read here and here.

Well…finally yesterday I got to make use of the service today via a laptop. And the best thing is, I got to update my blog using the free wi-fi account provided by DeConnexion from my workstation. So, in the future, I can ‘wi-fi’ anywhere I want as long as I’m in Miri. In other word, got to fully utilise the free service while it last before end of the year huhuhu…;p

For those of you out there who have been constantly contributing your comments in my blog, also to my silent readers out there, you would notice that I’ve been working hard on my minutes of meeting with Mr. Chairman. I managed to get things done until the day of the meeting though I was sad and mourning at the same time due to the loss of my close friend. :(

It is pretty stressfull to work under high pressure of working environment and it’s all up to you on how to deal with it. I look at it as a challenge to improve myself to be a better person and I’m lucky enough to have a supportive team behind me. Though the meeting was a last minute notification, I managed infact all of the us (the team) managed to go through it and we are proud of ourselves.

Mr. Chairman copy

We are called for the meeting based on the availability of Mr. Chairman to chair the meeting (as he was a very busy man) and being the minute taker is not an easy task. You need to have a good listening skills, need to have short-hand skills, good interpretation skills of which I don’t have any formal knowledge on but I managed as I pick up all of those through out my working experiences. ;)

This is just few of files out of 12 sets that I have to prepare

Who’s the Chairman?..Now you know why the meeting is a big deal to me..;p

The team slides presentation and it’s ‘P & C’.

My amnition to war - ORI copy of minutes, my notebook & my management diary

So, you have seen it all and now it’s time for me to start ‘cracking my brain’ to interpret my shorthand notes to a presentable minutes of meeting for the upcoming meeting. :)
